Taoufik Makhloufi to miss Euro races
Olympic gold medallist Taoufik Makhloufi will skip two major athletic competitions in Europe, the Algerian Athletics Federation (FAA) said on Wednesday (August 15th).
Makhloufi was set to compete in Diamond League meets in Stockholm on August 17th and Lausanne on August 23rd. The winner of the 1500m gold medal in London is reportedly recovering from a knee injury.
