Champions League opponents change coaches

ASO Chlef coach Rachid Belhout spent his first day at the helm of his new Algerian club, El Watan reported on Wednesday (June 13th). Hacene Sid Rouhou also replaced Hadj Youcef as goalkeeper coach.

The Algerians will train in Casablanca for their first Orange CAF Champions League Group A match against Tunisian visitors Etoile du Sahel on July 7th.

ESS, meanwhile, appointed youth team coach Kaies Zouaghi and training centre manager Mondher Kbaïer to lead the club until a permanent replacement for Faouzi Benzarti is hired.

The Tunisian coach quit Monday after less than three months to take a job with an Emirati side.
