CA, WAC advance in CAF Cup
Three goals by Chadian striker Ezechiel Ndouassel and another by defender Hamza Agrebi brought a 4-2 victory to Club Africain in their Orange CAF Cup clash with visitors Royal Leopards of Swaziland on Saturday (May 12th), TAP reported. CA won the first leg 1-0.
Wydad Casablanca also qualified for the quarterfinals of the competition, despite losing 1-0 to hosts AS Real in Bamako on Saturday. In the first leg, WAC beat the Malians 3-0.
On Sunday, CODM Meknès hosts ASEC Mimosas of Cote d'Ivoire. The two teams tied 1-1 a fortnight ago in Abidjan.
