Morocco relegated to lower rugby division
Morocco and Namibia were relegated to Division 1B of the Africa Rugby Confederation (CAR) Cup, following their withdrawal from the CAR Cup finals, Nairobi Star reported on Tuesday (November 15th). Africa's two highest-ranked rugby sides failed to attend the CAR Cup last week in Nairobi, citing "logistical and administrative concerns". Kenya defeated Tunisia 16-7 for the title last Saturday.
Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) chairman Mwangi Muthee called for disciplinary action against the two countries.
