Azzedine Ait Djoudi's Olympic side defeated Abdelhak Benchikha's CHAN team 4-3 in an all-Algeria friendly played Monday (December 6th) in Algiers, DZ Foot reported. The game was part of the Olympic team's preparation for the UNAF U-23 tournament, scheduled for December 11th-20th in Morocco, while the "A" squad are training for the 2011 CHAN finals in Sudan next February.

Benchikha, meanwhile, is expected to leave hospital on Wednesday, El Watan reported. He underwent an emergency appendectomy on Sunday.
