Dakar Rally rejects Maghreb host offers
South America will host the Dakar Rally for the third straight year, AFP quoted organisers as saying Thursday (April 29th) in Paris. Tunisia, Libya and Egypt had submitted letters of application to host the 2011 edition."Each time we look at returning to Africa we come up against complications," AFP Rally director Etienne Lavigne said.
