Morocco hosts all-female Roses des Sables rally
Morocco's 9th all-female Roses des Sables rally kicked off on Thursday (October 8th) in Bordeaux, France. Some 120 participants in cars, trucks and motorcycles will complete a 7-stage, 6,000-km course before ending the race in Marrakech on October 17th. As part of the event's humanitarian programme, a medical team will travel along with the drivers to help children in the remote villages of Morocco and distribute school and sport supplies.
