Algerian youth groups, sports minister discuss football fan violence
Algerian Youth and Sports Minister Hachemi Djiar and members of youth associations met in Algiers on Thursday (January 22nd) to discuss sports hooliganism and football stadium violence. APS quoted the minister as saying that efforts to solve the long-standing problem require communication with young people to hear their input.
