Trabelsi and Jaidi reject Tunisia's national team
England-based defenders Hatem Trabelsi and Radhi Jaidi have rejected call to return to the Tunisia's national team, the BBC reported Wednesday (January 10th). The two players announced their retirement from international football after the World Cup in Germany in June, but reportedly, the Tunisia Football Federation contacted them this week in attempt to lure them back. Trabelsi played for his homeland in three World Cups and helped Tunisia win the African Cup of Nations in 2004. Birmingham City's Jaidi was called 92 times by Tunisia, for whom he scored six goals.
