Tunisia's Kebili gets new governor
Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali appointed a new governor for the oasis town of Kebili, Tunisia Live reported on Tuesday (May 15th).
Amara Tlijani replaces Salah Sebaï, who resigned from his position following complaints from citizens.
Kebili residents mounted a general strike on May 7th to demand government action on the region's chronic unemployment.
