Libya, Niger discuss Saadi Kadhafi fate
Nigerien Prime Minister Brigi Rafini made a surprise visit to Tripoli on Friday (May 4th), Libya Herald reported. His talks with National Transitional Council (NTC) chief Mustafa Abdel Jalil and Prime Minister Abdurrahim El Keib covered border security, the restoration of normal relations and the fate of Saadi Kadhafi.
Kadhafi, 38, was welcomed by Niger last September on humanitarian grounds. Interpol has issued a "red notice" for his arrest.
