Two ANP officers killed in ambush
An ANP lieutenant colonel and an army commander were killed in a terrorist ambush near Keddara, 25km southeast of Boumerdes, El Watan reported on Saturday (May 5th). Another soldier was slightly injured. The vehicle was hit by a homemade mortar shell, which killed the two officers in the front seat. Shortly after, two helicopters were sent to hunt down the terrorist group.
