US companies eye Libya investment
A large US business delegation will conclude a five-day trade and investment mission to Libya on Thursday (April 26th). Representatives of 18 leading companies in the oil, gas, energy, transport, consultation, telecommunications and construction sectors arrived in Libya last week-end to discuss assistance with Libya's reconstruction and explore development and investment opportunities. The US business officials met with Libyan officials and local business leaders in Tripoli, Benghazi and Misrata.
The visit was organised by the US-Libya Business Association (USLBA).
