NTC head begins state visit to Algeria
Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) chief Mustafa Abdel Jalil began a two-day state visit to Algeria on Sunday (April 15th), APS reported.
Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and an entourage of senior government officials greeted Abdel Jalil at Houari Boumediene Airport in Algiers.
The visit offers "an opportunity to confer on the latest developments in the region, in light of recent events", Bouteflika's office said in a statement.
