RND congress to discuss Algeria reform
Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia's National Rally for Democracy (RND) will open a two-day congress on Thursday (January 5th) to discuss political reforms proposed last April by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika
The RND congress in Algiers comes as opposition parties call for the replacement of Ouyahia's government. Legislative elections will be held later this year.
