ICC seeks visit with jailed Kadhafi son
The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Tuesday (December 6th) requested a meeting with Seif al-Islam al-Kadhafi, AP reported. ICC officials will reportedly "assess his physical and mental state". Moamer Kadhafi's son, who was captured by Zintan rebels on November 18th, "will see a fair trial according to international standards" and be "given the right to select his panel of defence from Libya or outside the country", former justice minister Mohammed al-Allagui said last month.
