Mauritania recognises NTC
Mauritania officially recognised Libya's National Transitional Council (NTC) on Thursday (November 24th), Journal Tahalil reported. The decision followed the formation of Libya's new interim government, led by Abdurrahim El Keib, the foreign ministry statement said. Mauritania also voiced support for Libyan re-construction and development efforts, and its determination to work with Libya's new government to promote co-operation and partnership between the two countries.
