Kadhafi son to be tried in Libya, ICC says
Libya will prosecute Seif al-Islam al-Kadhafi but International Criminal Court (ICC) judges will be consulted during the trial, Al Jazeera quoted ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo as saying in Tripoli on Tuesday (November 22nd). Zintan fighters captured Moamer Kadhafi's son last Friday in the southern desert area of Wadi al-Ajal.
