Tunisia coalition decides key posts
Tunisian party Ennahda agreed with coalition partners Congress for the Republic (CPR) and Ettakatol on key state positions, TAP reported on Saturday (November 19th). Ennahda Secretary-General Hammadi Jebali is reportedly poised to become the country's new prime minister, CPR chief Moncef Marzouki will become president and Mustapha Ben Jaafar of Ettakatol will be named president of the constituent assembly. The decision should be approved by the assembly during its first meeting on Tuesday, AFP reported.
