Arab League chief visits Tripoli
Libyan National Transitional Council chief Mustafa Abdel Jalil welcomed Arab League Secretary-General Nabil al-Arabi to Tripoli on Sunday (November 13th), PANA reported. At a joint press conference, both officials stressed their readiness to co-operate in the reconstruction of Libya and the preparation of constituent assembly elections within the next eight months.
