NATO defence ministers to discuss Libya mission
North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) defence ministers will meet Wednesday (October 5th) in Brussels to discuss ending the alliance's aerial campaign in Libya, AP reported. NATO warplanes conducted more than 9,000 strike missions since March. Eight of the 28 NATO members participated in the Libya operation. On September 21st, NATO extended its mission in Libya for 90 days.
