Mauritania arrests Algerian AQIM suspects
Mauritanian security forces arrested three Algerian terror suspects, Le Temps d'Algerie reported on Wednesday (September 21st). The unidentified Algerian nationals were stopped Monday along the border with Mali carrying a large amount of foreign currency. The men claimed that they entered the country as tourists and denied any link to al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM).
