Tizi-Ouzou tops Algeria bac pass rate
Tizi-Ouzou students posted Algeria's highest baccalaureate exam success rate of 80.42%, El Watan reported on Thursday (July 8th). The top-performing wilaya was followed by Mascara, Algiers and Boumerdes. Nationwide, 62.45 % of the bac candidates (220,518 students) passed the exams.
Last month, Tizi-Ouzou middle school students posted the highest success rate for Algeria's BEM examinations.

The persisting question is why the pass rate in the baccalaureate is always the highest in the province of Tizi Ouzou?
