French festival highlights Maghreb cinema
Films from Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Mauritania will be the focus of a cinema festival in France from January 14th-31st. The annual event in Perpignan, which also includes art exhibits, debates and forums, aims at creating a cultural link between southern Europe and North Africa.
