Tunis hosts UN conference on women and politics
A UN conference on boosting women's political participation concluded Thursday (July 30th) in Gammarth, Tunisia. Governmental organisations and NGOs from Maghreb countries, Europe and Central America participated in the 2-day event, organised by the UN International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women (UN-INSTRAW).
