Algerian border guards seize 3.5 tonnes of cannabis
Algerian border guards seized 3.5 tonnes of cannabis near Erg Ferradj, south of Bechar, near the Morocco border, AFP reported on Thursday (March 12th). The operation, which occurred in the desert region earlier in the week, was only officially announced on Thursday.
