Algeria unveils 20 billion-euro plan to modernise health sector
Algeria's health ministry will invest some 20 billion euros in the country's health sector through 2025, Echorouk reported on Wednesday (February 11th). The funds will be allocated to modernise hospitals and develop the current health infrastructure. The project also envisages doubling the number of hospital beds to 4.3 per 1,000 people.
