ArcelorMittal eyes $2.5 billion investment in Algerian steel plant
ArcelorMittal plans to invest $2.5 billion for the construction of a steel plant in the Jijel region, APS reported on Thursday (September 4th). Algerian subsidiary CEO Bernard Bousquet said the group is also interested in the exploitation of iron ore deposit in Gara Djebilet in Tindouf.
