Algeria to open new homeless shelters
Algeria is accelerating plans to open five new centres for homeless people, following a fire which damaged the national shelter in Algiers, Echorouk reported on Thursday (August 21st). Social assistance and re-integration help will be offered through new facilities in Constantine, Oran, Bechar and the capital city.
