Moroccan government plans to recruit 3,000 new police officers

  • 2

Morocco's national intelligence agency plans to recruit 3,000 police officers in 2007 to boost the ranks of security forces in several Moroccan cities, MAP quoted a statement of the interior ministry as saying on Monday (May 21st). The statement dismissed recent press reports alleging the future deployment of 15,000 soldiers in Casablanca region and other units in Fez, Meknes, Marrakech and Agadir. The interior ministry said that it has undertaken a series of measures to enhance national security in the aftermath of the recent suicide bombings in Casablanca, where 2,000 of the new police officers will be deployed.

Great master, have you followed how the Union hit a cement wall in the Moroccan democratic elections which punished the Union for its baseness. It has ignored the Popular Movement when it was in power and the Unionist parliamentarians were concerned only with their personal interest. The people were facing alone illegal immigration and fire. By God this is enormous. The Unionists became feudatories who exploit the working classes. They will undoubtedly make an alliance with Al Istiqlal party against all Moroccan people to continue what has remained of humiliating them. Al Istiqlal is known for corruption, bribery and favouritism. It is the school of all parties; they broke up from it because of the rescission of political action within it. The Moroccan people are not happy with the accession of this party to government. We ask the king not to choose from the party ministers for important departments such as employment, health, education, public service, justice, the interior, social development and finance. Keep Al Istiqlal away of money, social action and any function with easy access to public moneys or employments. The Moroccans remember when their affairs were entrusted to that party; it led them to a deadlock in the era of the late Hassan II. In that period there were coups, years of plumb and repression of leftists. The exploitation party is unwelcome. An ordinary citizen who loves the king.

This happens every year so that we can meet our needs in this sector and guarantee public safety so that citizens may rest assured in their own safety. Moreover, this is a beneficial undertaking, as a safe country is a country where tourists and investors can find their much sought-after paradise.
