Agreement to boost textile and clothing sector signed in Morocco
An agreement to build a dynamic and modern textile and clothing sector in line with the international market was signed Monday (17 October) between the Moroccan Association of Textiles and the government.
Prime Minister Driss Jettou said the Textile and Clothing Emergence Plan aims to provide the sector with a well-thought strategy and appropriate means. He added the plan provides for an array of measures and facilities to support corporate development programmes; create an environment that spurs creativity and competitiveness; and encourages the establishment of exportation platforms.
