Algerian journalists, Egyptian peers make peace

2009-11-04

Egyptian journalists toured the headquarters of Algeria's state news agency on Wednesday (November 4th), APS reported. The delegation's visit follows a recent exchange of barbs by Egyptian and Algerian sports writers ahead of the upcoming World Cup qualifier in Cairo. Reporters from both nations reiterated that a single football match "can in no way affect the brotherhood and co-operation bonds between the two peoples and the two Arab countries", APS reported.
