Zizou stars in new Algeria tourism commercial

In an effort to boost travel to Algeria, telecom provider Nedjma and the country's tourism ministry partnered to produce a new TV commercial starring international football icon Zizou, local press reported on Monday (October 26th). "To give this spot a maximum impact at the global level, Nedjma turned to one of the biggest international football stars, Zinedine Zidane, who enjoys a great reputation and is idolised by millions of people around the world," the company said. The commercial, which aired for the first time on Monday, features Zidane talking about his trip through his family's homeland. "I discovered a nation that preserved its traditions and customs," the football icon says.
