Algeria lose U-17 World Cup opener

Algeria fell to Italy 0-1 in their U-17 World Cup Group F opening match in Nigeria on Monday (October 26th). After Youcef Khelifi and Abdelhakim Bezzaz failed to capitalise on good scoring opportunities for Algeria, Italy substitute Federico Carraro scored the sole match goal in the 78th minute. Algeria will face Uruguay on Thursday.
