Libya launches national reconciliation programme

Under a new national reconciliation initiative set to begin on November 1st, Libya will provide compensation to victims of repression, PANA reported on Thursday (October 29th). The Libyan General People's Committee of Justice called on citizens who were wrongfully detained or jailed without trial to submit applications to receive the government compensation funds.
