Spain pledges support to Mauritania

Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero on Wednesday (October 28th) assured visiting Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz of his country's continued support when Spain assumes the EU rotating presidency next year, AFP reported. Zapatero also hailed the resumption of Mauritania's co-operation with the EU, IMF, World Bank and AfDB.
