By God, what is the use of signatures, meetings and kisses? Where is the programme of the Arab Maghreb? Where have the signatures of leaders gone? Why add agreements to agreements, fill papers with ink and accumulate them in files? Why the imposture and hypocrisy? Where are the freedom of residence, movement and work? Where are all the agreements which were violated even before their ink dried up? Then what is the meaning of the reception of the president of the microscopic state, the state of prisoners, in Tindouf? Since when are conventions between states of the Arab world respected? There's no need to waste time and mock people.
