Mediterranean states to run joint disaster simulation drill

A "5+5 Defence" health conference ended on Wednesday (October 21st) in Algiers with plans to conduct a multilateral disaster management drill, APS reported. Military health officials from AMU countries Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Libya and Mauritania, along with their peers from France, Spain, Italy, Malta and Portugal, will stage joint disaster simulation and ground response exercises in order to assess the state of emergency preparedness in the Mediterranean region.
