The strengthening of relations begins with universities. There is an agreement between the University of Mohamed V in Agdal and the University of Barcelona with a tacit renewal, but it is nearly dead. Professor Ernst Giralt at the University of Barcelona (see: http://www.pcb.ub.es/giralt/html/home.html), a colleague of mine, will, with the support and backing of Mayor of Barcelona Mr. Jordi Hereu, be able to make the two universities sister universities. And, why not make the two cities of Barcelona and Rabat, twin cities?
