Mauritania mediation talks to resume in Dakar

Mauritania's political rivals were to arrive Saturday night in Dakar to resume talks aimed at overcoming their stalemate and implementing the recently-signed accord, Journal Tahalil reported on Sunday (June 21st). Mohamed Yahya Ould Horma will replace Sid'Ahmed Ould Raiss as former junta leader Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz's envoy at the Senegal meeting.
