Morocco confirms 8 cases of swine flu

Moroccan health officials on Thursday (June 18th) confirmed eight cases of H1N1 swine flu, MAP reported. According to Health Minister Yasmina Baddou, seven patients flew to Morocco from Canada between June 9th and 15th and one arrived from the United on June 13th. All are in good condition. Since the installation of fever detectors at Moroccan airports on April 28th, another 19 cases have been detected. Seventeen people tested negative, while results for the other two have not yet been released.
