What a shame! To tell the truth, we need to take hostage all of "our" politicians who are forcing such sorts of aberrations. They are first and foremost responsible for the ridiculous situation the brother peoples of the Great Maghreb find themselves in. A visa for a Maghreb person to visit a country of the Maghreb!? This is unthinkable! Yet, there is no need to hide behind finger pointing: some of the bigwigs "leading" do not deserve to live, let alone decide the fates of millions of Maghreb people or simply just human beings. Is it true that we have the leaders we deserve??? Poor Maghreb!
