Emirati group Al Futtaim to build Moroccan residential community

Bouzinka, Morocco will be the site of a new multi-billion dollar planned community for 40,000 residents, Dubai-based Al Futtaim Group announced on Sunday (June 14th). The site will also include retail and leisure facilities.
