Algerian youths jailed over sectarian clashes on Berriane

An Algerian court on Sunday (June 14th) jailed 8 of 52 people arrested for riots in the restive Berriane region last week, Echorouk reported. Some 35 policemen were reported injured, 10 with serious burns, during three days of resurgent clashes between Ibadi and Maliki youth.
