Libya hosts "Panel of the Wise"

Africa's Panel of the Wise met Sunday (June 7th) in Tripoli to draft a report on "crises and conflicts triggered by electoral processes" in Africa, international press reported. Panel chairman and former Algerian President Ahmed Ben Bella said the group's proposals could help African heads of State and African Union Chairman Moamar Kadhafi support African peace and stability.
