EU Presidency condemns deadly attack on Algerian teachers

The European Union Presidency on Wednesday (June 3rd) "strongly" condemned the terrorist attack that killed at least 10 people in Algeria's Boumerdes region on Tuesday, Tout sur l'Algerie reported. The EU Presidency also expressed its condolences to the families of those killed and injured Tuesday, when some 30 gunmen attacked a convoy of schoolteachers and police escorts carrying BEM (middle school) exams in Timezrit. At least two teachers and 8 officers were killed in the terrorist attack.
