Bouteflika to announce presidential run on Thursday

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika will announce his intention Thursday (February 12th) to run for a third term in the April 9th elections, National Liberation Front (FLN) chief Abdelaziz Belkhadem said on Tuesday. Algerian National Front leader Moussa Touati has also garnered the necessary number of signatures to run for president.
