Algerian president pardons inmates who passed BAC exam

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has decided to grant full pardon or commute the sentences of some 296 prison inmates who passed successfully passed their baccalaureate examination in early July, El Moudjahid reported on Wednesday (July 23rd).
